The Staff
The program is staffed by supportive teachers and assistants who are knowledgeable in the area of child development and who possess years of experience. Several teachers have either a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or an Associates Degree in ECE. Junior teachers have taken courses in early childhood education.
Our staff are well trained, loving, and dependable. All staff receive in-service training on a regular basis and attend workshops related to the childcare field. All staff are also trained in first aid and CPR.
The criteria used for selecting staff include:
- A philosophy of childcare and education consistent with our overall program.
- A genuine interest and love for children.
- The ability to motivate children.
- The ability to implement a positive classroom management program.
- Knowledge of child development.
